Successful first-year event brings the community together in support of young women across Southwest Florida
It’s incredibly inspiring to see what can happen when people come together for a cause they believe in.— Ashley Santiago, Community Relations Director, 4Girls Foundation
NAPLES, FL, UNITED STATES, May 13, 2025 /
EINPresswire.com/ -- The first-ever
Pace of Play Charity Golf Tournament made a powerful debut at The Ritz-Carlton Naples Tiburón Golf Club, raising over $100,000 in support of
4Girls Foundation, an organization dedicated to empowering and uplifting young women through education, mentorship, and community programs.
Held on April 4, the tournament brought together 54 golfers for a lively day on the course and welcomed nearly 70 guests to a celebratory luncheon following play. Players also enjoyed breakfast, gift bags, on-course contests, a silent auction, and the opportunity to connect with others who share a passion for golf and giving back.
Proceeds from the tournament will benefit 4Girls Foundation and support
Pace Center for Girls, along with other youth organizations in Collier County as part of the Foundation’s mission to drive lasting impact throughout the region.
“It’s incredibly inspiring to see what can happen when people come together for a cause they believe in,” said Ashley Santiago, chair of the event and Community Relations director of 4Girls Foundation. “Organizing a tournament of this scale was no small task—but when the passion is there, anything is possible. We are beyond grateful to everyone who came out to play, sponsor, volunteer, and support this event. This tournament was more than just a day of golf—it was a meaningful investment in the future of girls in our community. We’re proud of what we accomplished in our inaugural year, and we can’t wait to see how this event grows in the years to come.”
Special thanks go to RPF Environmental Services, AshBritt, County Waste Inc., Paul Bunyan Inc., Alpine Mar, AVI Acoustics, BlueIvy Communications, and the incredible team at The Ritz-Carlton Naples Tiburón Golf Club for helping make this event possible.
